KRISTOFER KAMIYASU is a Swedish Japanese actor based in Stockholm, Sweden. A broken heart and a longing for something as far from his current place in life as possible, made him start with theatre. One year later he played the role as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, and that was the beginning of a new path in his life journey. Shortly afterwards, he entered the prestigious Theatre Academy in Malmö for a four year university degree in performing arts. Since then he has had over twenty years experience on some of the biggest stages in Scandinavia, and also toured in Europe with the play "Kyla"(Cold), by the recently deceased director and playwright Lars Norén.

His latest film- and tv productions include "The Hitmans wife's bodyguard", starring Samuel L Jackson, Salma Hayek, Antonio Banderas and Ryan Reynolds, "Knockings" (premiered at Sundance film festival 2021), and ViaPlay´s tv-series "Box 21" .

Kristofer is also a sought after audio book narrator, with Murakamis 1Q84 trilogy, Dmitry Glukhovsky´s dystopian story "Outpost" specially written for Storytel, and "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" by Suzanne Collins being some of his most popular recordings.
